Hazelnut oil contains tannins, which are powerful antioxidants. The tannins in hazelnut oil make it an astringent that can help dry oily skin, cleanse, shrink pores, and remove bacteria.

Commercial products for oily acne prone skin can be very harsh leaving the skin feeling tight and dry. This natural sea mud soap is made with astringent oils of hazelnut & grapeseed along with sea clay, also known as sea mud, to detoxify. I have also used goat milk which has been proven to be effective in treating acne, reducing skin inflammation & soothing damaged skin.

Did you know that we make, cut, cure & wrap all of our soaps right here at our work shop in Missouri? We use the wonderful goats milk from our own farm and make our soaps in small batches. All of our products are fragranced with 100 % Pure Essential Oils and/or Phthalate Free Fragrance Oils.
